Hi! I’m 10136 Elizabeth Crest. I’m an adorable, Charleston-style home in an aggressively sought-after neighborhood in one of the state’s highest-rated school districts. In fact, I’m walking distance from the middle & high schools. Some of Charlotte’s swankiest new shopping center’s are minutes away - Blakeney, Waverly, Stonecrest, Ballantyne Village - all trendy places to see and be seen. People in this community travel the 2.6 miles over to South Carolina for cheaper prices on gas and goods - it’s crazy how close everything is! The people that live in me now were the ones that built me. They’ve maintained me VERY well. I’ve just got new carpet this week. My neighborhood has a ton of places to play - a fenced playground, bocce ball court, swimming pool, and a boardwalk if you’re the nature-seeker.
