This is a great older home. It has all the charm that older homes have along with some extras i.e. door coming into the kitchen, sliding doors in a of three bedrooms going to the back covered deck. Great location near shopping and restaurants. This home does need some updating but how great to do what you want to do your own colors ect. The backyard has loads of potential. Large kitchen and good size bedrooms, this will not last at the price listed.
