Fond memories were made here by my original owners who have out grown my walls. I will miss these people as they took great care of me. Recently they gave me luxurious new carpet, a quiet new Chamberlain belt drive garage door opener and installed a Vivent security system. They updated my main level bath with pretty new flooring, a new faucet and new toilet. Kitchen upgrades include new microwave, stove and sink. My first floor bedroom is ideal for guests or office. I have hardwood floors, formal / informal dining, and large kitchen in between. My living room is open and spacious yet a cozy place to curl up near the fireplace. Upstairs find the master bedroom, two additional bedrooms and bonus room. My front yard is irrigated and my back yard is fenced in case you have pets or children. Near community pool and playground for FUN! I will miss my current family, yet look forward to giving YOU a new a place to call home. I promise to help you make lasting memories in Carrington Ridge!
