160 Vinewood Circle plus spare lot. Ugly as %#* beat-up house in city limits. 1063 sq ft 2 bedroom one bath. Technically livable, with (as far as we know) working plumbing, electric, bathroom, and kitchen. But awful ugly, with many, many problems, especially on the outside. .4 acres which is actually two lots (PINs 963936612100000 and 963936617000000). Buncombe County says they are pessimistic about a second septic working on the spare lot, so its now just yard/garden space. I was excited to work on this one myself but we got sidetracked on a larger project and won't be able to get to it any time soon.
