this home has a great lot in Merry Oaks, the home is in serious disrepair, selling asis multiple code violations, the town has informed me that the property is in lis pendens and they filed to have it demoed, if the property is to change hands it would be up to the buyer to either demo the property or address the many issues with the home. i don't have this in writing so it is up to the buyers to verify this with the town themselves. see attached docs from code enforcement.
