Hully Gully is an intimate enclave of 12 cabin homesites along the Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail and within walking distance of community docks and Camp Lake James. When ready to build, owners can pick from one of our pre-designed cabin plans or work with an architect and builder to design their very own custom cabin. Just as with the Camp Lake James retreat lots, owners in Hully Gully will be eligible to join a rental program managed by The Camp, if they wish.
