Lovely condo has private grassy backyard overlooking a small creek/brook. Kitchen has granite c-tops, SS appliances including refrigerator, all in good order. Flooring is Pergo in LR, hall & BRs. Laundry area is located in hall bathroom. The light in that BA is controlled by motion and will come on once you walk halfway into the room. LR has wood burning fireplace which is "as is", no known issues. Easy access to condo with only one step up the sidewalk and a small step into the front door.
