3212 N.McDowel is a two track parcel. Track one is subdivided from the back 50" X 50" section of 801 E. 35th and track 2 which is the back part of 805 E. 35th. Track 2 has been approved for partial release from the lien holder and once both tracks are sold track 2 will be fully released, and a new parcel id will be identified. Property has been rezoned to UR-1 (CD). See attachments.
