Log cabin built in 1933-1935 is in very bad condition and probably not salvageable. The "U" shaped building is made of "skinned" pine logs, chinked with mesh and cement and gray rocks. Four rock fireplaces and eleven rock columns hold the logs together. The flooring was heart of pine. Originally built as a community center was later converted into three apartments. Great commercial location for a deli or retail shop. Enough room for parking and a second drive. House does not have working heat or air conditioning and is in rough condition. 20x40 concrete block building is accessible across bridge (needs repair) over small creek and is in rough condition.
