Excellent location being close to everything and yet tucked away. Both bedrooms are spacious. The patio is perfect for having a BBQ with friends and family! It's in a prime location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still a short trip to many of the wonderful Asheville and Candler amenities! This is a great find! Home inspection was done by previous buyer and is attached. There was some exterior drainage issues that we are currently working with the hoa to have repaired.
