This property located in an area that's close to equestrian farms and trails, only 2 miles to I-26 and only 9 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center. The 2 BR, 1 BA home is approx. 1,100 sf and was built in 1994. It has been vacant since ~April 2018 and the seller inherited the home, so we do not know much about it's history, but you can tell it needs some TLC in order to live in again. Buyer will need to install exterior siding, flooring throughout the home, paint inside and a few other projects. The ceiling has water damage in several places but this doesn't seem to be a current problem. There is a 2,500 sf frame barn which contains 5 stalls, a feed storage area as well as a large storage area for equipment, etc. This barn has an asphalt shingled roof, frame siding and a dirt floor. It is ~24 years old and is built of basic construction materials and the north side has received damage due to exposure to the weather. The area along the creek is in a flood plane.
