Designed by Architect Bertram King in 1956 and updated by Virant Architecture+Design. Completely renovated to a new construction quality while maintaining mid-century roots. New/updated: master bathroom, kitchen, siding, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. All windows were replaced to reflect the original design and the large expanses of glass bring the outside in. This renovation gives new life to one of Asheville's mid-century modern treasures.
