Oh, hi there!! I'm 706 N Davidson. Want to know why I love it here? First of all, I'm in the middle of everything going on in Uptown (that's what we call our Downtown). I'm able to see my peeps (well, before Covid anyway) at all of the restaurants, bars, and shops uptown. Because I'm in First Ward, when it's nice outside, you can grab some fresh air and relax in one of First Ward Park. If you like sports, we have the Panthers, Hornets, Knights, and the new MLS team that all play in Uptown. You can hop in the light rail and head to NoDa or Southend for breweries. If you like biking, running, or just walking the dog, you're only a few blocks from Little Sugar Creek Greenway. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to tell you about me. I'm a super cute condo with really tall ceilings and massive windows that let in so much light! It makes the place feel really big. I have new paint and floors and got a new A/C unit last year.
