Over 4.5 acres, mostly pasture with a small fruit tree orchard bordered with 2 creeks, and some wooded land across one of the creeks with great views of Happy valley and the Green Mountains. It has a small miniature horse barn in the middle and a hay shed in need of some repair on the front corner. Some fencing exists, but would need repair and replacement in some areas.
